15 acres with 19 buildings and 800 units ranging from regular hotel rooms, to suites, cottages, penthouse, and apartments. Conveniently located on Ocean Boulevard.

Registration located onsite at 305 13th Avenue South in Myrtle Beach. Close to all the local attractions, amusements, shopping outlets, and favorite restaurants. Specializes in family vacations, championship golf packages, Myrtle Beach adventures, and group travel. Has the largest selection of resort amenities in Myrtle Beach including the largest on-site water park with a 760 foot long, 7 foot wide lazy river, and a 3,500 square foot oceanfront wading pool. Multiple pools, jacuzzis, restaurants, bar, arcade, underground walkway under Ocean Boulevard.

Rented 7 bedroom villa. After check-in, we immediately returned to cancel our reservation as the building was unsanitary and unsafe. One bedroom in the basement had no windows which is a fire and code violation. Cockroaches and used cigarettes found in several rooms. Broken blinds in most rooms which allowed visibility into the rooms. The furniture in the living room was stained and looked like all kinds of diseases could be hiding in it. The deck area had broken bricks that had fallen into the sidewalk.

Entry into the unit required stepping onto a dilapidated miniature golf area. Overall, the resort was not maintained well and should be closed down or renovated. Thank you for your response and for posting the feedback and sharing your observation. I appreciate the observation you have provided. We certainly value the response; I do however apologize that your experience was anything less than exceptional. The resort teams pride themselves in giving impressive service to all of our guests and delivering the resort's commitment to excellence. I do apologies that you have been given unrenovated House.

That house should never be ready for our guests. It was an error on our part. I am so sorry about that. I understand they have explained to you that it was a mistake and our team was ready to give you the house you have rented and was ready for you. I understand your frustration. I do sincerely apologize and that we were unable to deliver the great expectation that you rightfully deserve from the Sea Mist Resort. Your comments have been shared with our team to ensure this experience is not repeated again.

Again I do apologize for the inconvenience; please accept my apology for the entire unfortunate occurrence that you have experienced.
