We were at Hotel El Mirador de Ordiales in September and have been searching for the words to describe it ever since. Can’t do it justice. It made me think about the word “wonderful “. Color snake cool math.

Backflip madness free full game. This place is just full of wonder. If you are an artist, a lover, gardener, photographer or just looking to get away, this is the place to be. It is up in the hills, 15 minutes from the busy Asturian town of Pola De Siero.

Each morning brought fresh views as the mists below cleared, first to reveal little islands of hilltops and then the expanse of Asturias across to the Mountains of Leon. All framed by the vast variety of plants in the gardens. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable.

The breakfasts were fulsome, Asturian, varied and locally sourced; more than sufficient to get you through to the afternoon siesta. Maria was a truly great hostess. They don't serve dinner but we find that a plus, preferring to choose from the local sidrerias, restaurants and bars of which there are an abundance in the town.

Will be going back.
