The hotel is emaculately decorated and very clean. It is centrally located in town. They have an outdoor and indoor dining area - NICE! I was able to see a couple rooms and they looked great.

My girlfriend and I needed to get away so planned a trip to sonora.We were going to stay at Best western, but when we know The GUNN House is in the Downtown sonora as closer to all the restaurants and stores-ARE WE GLAD WE DID. It has such a friendly atmosphere and the people are exceptional.

Gunn House Hotel is very charming and unique property.We stayed here last week and it was a superb stay.Gunn House is a historical gem in the heart of beautiful Sonora.Staff is amazing,very professional,accommodating and helpful. Pool was very relaxing and i enjoyed a lot.Rooms were super clean and antique charming i ever seen at a hotel.I come to sonora very often and I stayed at some few other hotels in Sonora but Gunn House is the best hotel.This is the 3rd time i stayed at Gunn House and it was an amazing stay again.All restaurants,Downtown gift shops and gas stations are on walking distance.This is the best spot for me and i already booked my room for next month.I highly recommend everybody to come and enjoy this best spot to stay over night in Sonora. Booked the room from the reviews and location, and really glad we did. Built in 1850, but fully updated with the original charm.

Rooms were very spacious with antique furnishings, bed and pillows were great, walking distance to downtown for lots of food options. The staff was as good as it gets!! Super accommodating and friendly!! The breakfast was much most than we expected!
